When visiting the Windham Hill Inn in beautiful Southern Vermont, you can choose to stay in one of our 8 unique guest rooms located in a historic converted barn, or book a stay in our three bedroom private cottage. Each beautiful room is designed, decorated and furnished with antiques and locally crafted furniture. All rooms are equipped with their own private baths, some of which are jetted spa tubs. All rooms are fitted with queen or king-size beds and gas fireplaces, and most have have private porches or window seats.
Queen Room with Fireplace
On the second floor, West Room & General Fletcher both feature Vermont Castings gas fireplaces with brick surround hearths. All have been individually decorated with attention to comfort and to maximize the natural light from windows and skylights. The ensuite bathrooms are fitted with bathtubs and showers and fine bath toiletries. Luxurious bath towels, thick terry robes, and hairdryers are available in all rooms.
King Suite with Fireplace
Taft, William & Matilda, our three king suites, are located on the first floor of the Barn. They are all fitted with king-size beds, comfortable seating areas and feature gas fireplaces from Vermont Castings. The rooms have their own unique styles to showcase their individual character. Whether you choose to enjoy the pastoral views from a window seat, sit on a deck with direct access to the grounds, or simply lounge in bed studying the enchanting rough-beam ceilings, you can find a room to fit your taste. All rooms feature soaking tubs in addition to ensuite bathrooms fitted with showers. Luxurious bath towels, thick terry robes, hairdryers and fine bath toiletries are available in all rooms.
King Loft Suite
North Loft, Marion Goodfellow & Meadowlook, our three king loft suites, are located on the third floor of the Barn. They are all fitted with king-size beds, comfortable seating areas and feature gas fireplaces, soaking tubs or Jacuzzis, and a private outdoor porch. The rooms all have their own individual décor and have been stylishly decorated in order to showcase each distinguishing feature. Whether you want to lounge on the cushions in the cupola of Marion Goodfellow, sit by the fireplace looking out over the fantastic views in Meadowlook, or enjoy the quiet elegance of North Loft, we have a room that you will remember. Luxurious bath towels, thick terry robes, hairdryers and fine bath toiletries are available in all rooms.
The Cottage
The Cottage at Windham Hill Inn is a quiet Southern Vermont just up the hill from the barn overlooking the property. Features include a private entrance and porch, spacious living room, dining room, sunroom with a large flat-screen television, & full kitchen creating a homey experience for those looking for a relaxing getaway. This two-story Cottage has a master bedroom with ensuite bath and two additional bedrooms with a shared bath. The cottage is perfect for larger families or groups. Fine bath toiletries and robes are included, bath towels and hairdryers are available.
