GPS Preparation: Before setting off to Windham Hill, you can input the hotel's address into your GPS or cell phone as:

Cellular Reception: Upon arrival, you may find that your cellular reception is limited. We recommend connecting to our Wi-Fi network for uninterrupted phone use. Wi-Fi details are:

Check-In Process:
On arrival, someone will be waiting for you at the desk. We will normally be at the desk from 3:00 p.m. until shortly after 9:00 p.m. To locate your room either follow the signs, or the innkeeper at the desk can direct you. The rooms are all secured with digital keypads. We will text you an access code the day of your arrival, and there is also a physical key that will be either provided at check-in or hanging on your door if you arrive after 9:30 p.m.

Preparing for Your Stay:
As you plan your visit to Windham Hill Inn, please be aware of the following important details:
Regrettably, our inn does not feature on-site dining services or a store at this time. The closest stores are about 15-20 minutes away and sometimes are not open late.

1. Local Dining Options: Given the lack of on-property dining, here are some suggestions for your meal: Best locations for nearby dining options are in Londonderry, Newfane & Winhall. For further recommendations contact us, or talk to your innkeeper after you arrive.

If you prefer not to dine out for every meal, our rooms also offer mini-fridges, and there is a small kitchen available for your use in the conference room downstairs.

Be Advised:
The hotel doesn't have a 24-hour front desk, but there is an innkeeper who lives on-site who is on call for emergencies.
